Alpine climate with heavy snowfall in winter (average 11 metres per season) and warm, dry summers (18°C to 25°C). The ski season typically runs November to May, with spring skiing in April and May offering excellent conditions and sunshine.
✈️ Getting There
Fly into Vancouver International Airport (YVR), then drive the spectacular Sea-to-Sky Highway (Hwy 99) to Whistler — approximately 2 hours through some of the most dramatic scenery in British Columbia. Whistler Shuttle and Pacific Coach Lines offer regular bus services directly from Vancouver Airport and downtown Vancouver.
